On 12/29/2015, The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Janice Kay Stowell, age 79 of Ayrshire, on a Disorderly Conduct charge. The Disorderly Conduct charge stems from an incident that occurred on 12/14/2015 at the community center in Ayrshire. Stowell was cited on the Disorderly Conduct charge and released to appear on a court date of 1/27/2016.
