On Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 6:56 p.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint reference to a disturbance in the 100 block of Grouse Street, Curlew. The Sheriff’s Office was notified that a male subject was yelling profanities and trying to provoke a fight with a neighbor. Following an investigation, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested David Herring (42), of Curlew. Herring was charged with disorderly conduct, which is a simple misdemeanor. Herring was transported, without incident, to the Palo Alto County Jail and booked in to await his initial appearance.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
