Disorderly Conduct Arrest

On Tuesday, April 3rd, 2018, at 8:43 p.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint reference to a bar fight at The Beaver’s Den Bar in Ayrshire. By the time deputies arrived at the scene, both parties involved in the altercation had left. Following an investigation into the compaint, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Chad Buettner (45) of Ayrshire, charging him with disorderly conduct= simple misdemeanor.

The second person involved, Adam Enockson (29), of Laurens, was located by the Pocahontas County Sheriff’s Office near Rolfe, Iowa. Enockson was arrested by the Pocahontas County Sheriff’s Office, charging him with interference with official acts= simple misdemeanor and felon in possession of a firearm= class D felony. The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office requested an arrest warrant for Enockson, charging him with disorderly conduct= simple misdemeanor.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
