On Monday, June 29, 2020, at 5:14 pm, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office responded to a disturbance at 909 South Street, Mallard. Following investigation into the complaint, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kelsy Miller (28) of Mallard, charging her with criminal mischief 5th degree = simple misdemeanor. Miller was transported, without incident, to the Palo Alto County Jail and booked in to await her initial appearance before a magistrate.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
