On 1/19/2018 at 6:09 p.m. The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a car vs. deer collision that occurred in the 5200 block of 370th Street. According to the report given, a 2004 Cadillac Deville, owned and driven by Robert Harry Henderson, age 75 of Emmetsburg, was traveling west on 370th Street. A deer emerged from the south ditch and onto the roadway. The Henderson vehicle made contact with the deer causing a property damage accident. The Henderson vehicle sustained an estimated $3500.00 in damages. There were no reported injuries from the collision.
