On 11/22/2017, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a single vehicle property damage accident that occurred in the 2700 block of 420th Avenue. A 2009 Toyota Corolla, owned and driven by Gina Rae DeMoss, age 32 of Graettinger, was north bound on 420th Street when a deer emerged from the east ditch area and onto the roadway. The DeMoss vehicle made contact with the deer which caused an estimated $1500.00 worth of damages. There were no reported injuries from the collision.
