On 5/22/2019 at 9:25 p.m., The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a single vehicle deer accident which occurred in the 4400 block of 360th Street. Upon the investigation, it was determined that a 2015 Ford Edge owned by Devyn Rae Henson but driven by Tyler Jacob Henson, age 23 of Ruthven, was traveling west on 360th Street. A deer emerged from the north ditch area and onto the traveled portion of the roadway. The Henson vehicle struck the deer and the collision caused an estimated $4000.00 worth of damages. There were no reported injuries as a result of the collision.
