On 05/21/2019 at 6:14 a.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a car deer accident in the 3700 block of 360th Street. Upon investigation it was determined that Scott Delwyn Johnson, of Ruthven, was eastbound in his 2010 Ford Expedition. A deer emerged from the north ditch and Johnson struck the deer in the roadway. Damage to the Ford is estimated at $1,700.00. No injuries were reported.
