On October 6, 2018 at 1:12pm, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office investigated a 10-50PD Car Deer accident
1 1/2 miles south of Emmetsburg on Highway 4.
A unknown south bound tractor/trailer collided with a deer in the 3900-Blk of 460 Ave, causing the deer to be thrown into the path of a 2011 Chrysler Town & Country Van driven by Julia M. Williamson of Ruthven. The Chrysler collided with the deer causing approximately $1,700.00.
No injuries were reported at the scene.
