On Monday November 23, 2015 the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office took a report of a vehicle vs. deer accident. Samnan Khamphavongsa (63)of Storm Lake, Iowa was westbound in the 4000 block of 420th St., driving a 2015 Honda Pilot and struck a deer.. No injuries were reported in the accident.
