On June 24, 2018 at 8:29am, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office investigated a one vehicle car deer accident 4 miles south of Emmetsburg on Hwy 4, which happened on Jue 23, at 9:45pm.
A 2014 Honda Odyessey, driven by Peter F. Nieder, age 79 of Ramsey, MN., was north bound in the 4100-blk of 460th Ave, and colided with a deer.
No injuries reported and $1,700.00 damage to the Honda.
