On Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at 10:34 p.m. the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office investigated a car vs. deer accident that occurred in the 4400 block of 360th Street. Jordan Spaw (26) of Emmetsburg, Ia was driving her 2002 GMC Envoy eastbound in the 4400 block of 360th Street when a deer exited the ditch, striking the vehicle. Damages are estimated at $4000 to the Spaw vehicle. No injuries were reported at the scene.
