On 10/06/2021 at 7:58 P.M. the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office was called to investigate the burglary of the concession stand at the Graettinger Little League Fields. During the course of the investigation a juvenile suspect was identified and located. The juvenile was cited on charges of 3rd degree burglary, 5th degree theft, and interference with official acts. The juvenile was released to the custody of a guardian and the charges have been referred to the juvenile court officer.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
