On Sunday, April 11, 2021, at 11:36, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office investigated a report of an assault at 103 South Sixth Street, Mallard. Following an investigation into the incident, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Brandy Robbins (41) of Mallard. Robbins was charged with assault = simple misdemeanor and trespassing = simple misdemeanor. Robbins was transported, without incident, to the Palo Alto County Jail and booked to await her initial appearance before a magistrate.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
