On 1/21/21 at 7:53 a.m., The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office served valid arrest warrants on Shaunie Lynn Fleischfresser, age 18 from Pocahontas, charging her with OWI-1st Offense and Driving while License Suspended. The warrants for Fleischfresser stem from an investigation conducted on 12/31/2020 by the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office. At the time of this release, Fleischfresser was booked and held at the Palo Alto County Jail. The Iowa Department of Criminalistics Lab assisted with the investigation.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
