On Sunday, August 30th, 2020, at 10:36 pm, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an altercation between two male subjects at 205 West Lost Island Street, Graettinger. Following an investigation into the complaint, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jonathon Naig (46) and Jace Naig (18), both of Graettinger, charging both men with disorderly conduct, which is a simple misdemeanor. Jonathon Naig was also charged with possession of a controlled substance = serious misdemeanor and possession of drug paraphernalia = simple misdemeanor. Jonathon Naig and Jace Naig were transported, without incident, to the Palo Alto County Jail and booked in to await an initial appearance before a magistrate.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
