At 10:14 p.m. on Friday, February 22nd, 2019, the Palo Alto County Communications Center took a report of an under-age party taking place at 4361 350th Ave near Ayrshire, Ia. Upon investigation, the following subjects were cited and released for the charge of Minor in Possession of Alcohol under the Legal Age.

Carson Clark (20) of Emmetsburg, IA
Samuel Wood (19) of Webb, IA
Devyn Anderson (18) of Spencer, IA

Johnathan Colling was also issued a citation for Interference with Official Acts, a simple misdemeanor, due to his actions during the investigation. Two Juveniles were also given juvenile referrals for Possession of Alcohol under the Legal Age and released without incident.
