On 09/10/2019 at 9:28 a.m. the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a student in possession of alcohol from the Ruthven – Ayrshire School. Upon investigation it was determined that a 16-year-old male juvenile was in possession of alcohol under the legal age. The 16-year-old male juvenile was cited for Possession of Alcohol Under the Legal Age and released to the custody of his parents.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law
