On 9/27/2015 around 1:39 a.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office investigated a report of a loud party in the 200 block of N. Lincoln Avenue in Graettinger. As a result of the investigation, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office cited and released six (6) individuals with alcohol violations. Those individuals cited for possession of alcohol under legal age and referred to juvenile court services were: a 17 year old female from Laurens, IA; a 15 year old male from Gillette Grove; a 16 year old female from Sioux Rapids, IA; a 17 year old male from Graettinger and a 16 year old male from Graettinger. The sixth individual, Ashton Audrey Lynn Tonderum, age 18 of Graettinger, was charged, cited and released on violations of possession of alcohol under legal age and making alcohol available to minors. All individuals under the age of 18 yrs. of age were released to a parent or guardian.
