On 12/03/2020 at 5:09 P.M. the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office was called to the 3600 block of 450th Ave., Emmetsburg, Iowa for a car verse deer accident. A 2016 Ford Fusion, owned and operated by Diane Manwarren (65) of Emmetsburg was north bound when a deer entered the roadway and collided with the vehicle. The vehicle sustained front end damage estimated at $5000.00. There were no reported injuries as a result of the accident.
