On 11/04/2021 at 6:58 P.M. the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a car verse deer accident in the 3300 block of 420th Ave., Emmetsburg, Iowa. A 2007 Honda CRV, operated by Cheryl Johnson (66) of Emmetsburg, was north bound when a deer entered the roadway and collided with the vehicle. The vehicle sustained minor damage estimated at $1500.00, and there were no reported injuries as a result of the accident.
