On 3/26/18 at 7:04 A.M. the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office received a call of a one vehicle rollover accident in the 3900 Block of 380th Avenue. Terrence Jamaar Williams of Ruthven was driving his 2005 Chevy Trailblazer south in the 3900 Block of 380th Avenue when Williams lost control of his vehicle on the icy roadway. As the vehicle slid into the west ditch the passenger side tires caught in the deep snow causing the vehicle to roll over onto it’s top.
No injuries were reported at the scene. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $3500.00. Williams was issued a citation for Failure to Maintain Control.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
