On 9/19/2021 at 9:43 p.m., The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office investigated a single vehicle vs. deer accident which occurred in the 4400 block of 460th Avenue. According to that investigation, a 2020 Dodge Ram 3500, driven by Kristine Lynn Binder, age 46 of Greenville but owned by Adam Lucas Binder, with an attached 2020 Lakota trailer was traveling north on 460th Avenue when a deer emerged from the east ditch. Binder struck the deer causing an estimated $5000.00 in damages to the Dodge Ram. There were no injuries as a result of the collision.
